Kelsey, a former cheerleader and cardio bunny, turned to yoga after years of tumbling and running left her with hip and back pain. It was love at first asana! A firm believer in cross-training, she enjoys regularly experimenting with new workouts in her fitness routine but no matter what, yoga always remains. Her motto “I find the mental and physical benefits of Yoga unmatched by any other workout". She be lives that yoga is so great for improving strength, flexibility, and focus and really balances out my fitness routine.”
An oil & gas professional by day, Kelsey is an aspiring aerialist in her free time. Though her favorite apparatus is aerial silks, she also trains on trapeze, lyra and pole. Kelsey combines her passion for aerial arts & yoga in her Aerial Yoga classes offered at YBC. Whether you are looking to get fit, flexible or just try something new and have some fun...
