In her 20’s and the 30’s, it was all about high intensity cardio and extreme weight work outs. While working in
the corporate world by day, she taught aerobics, bench classes and various cross training classes by night. Into her forties,
teaching cycling and “spinning”
classes became her passion but within that period, the desire for balance and flexibility, and an increasing awareness of the connection
between mind, the body and the breath led Gayle to yoga. With her physical focus, she found the same intensity of cycling with the heat
and poses of hot yoga. In her 50's, she feels she is in the best shape she has ever been and is still aiming for that next level. Gayle is a RYT 200 Yoga instructor and also helps train and mentor other new yoga instructors..
Gayle’s class is about helping you challenge yourself, always striving to take you to your physical and mental edge while
appreciating and understanding your own body’s potential each day. Grab a bottle of water and join her!
