Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pilates, & Ball: Ernesto has studied Yoga since 1996 and has been
influenced by Ashtanga and Hatha styles. He took a year teacher training class with Robert Boustany in 2004. His classes focus on
body alignment, strength, flexibility and are
very challenging. Ernesto was introduced to Aerial Yoga in 2013 and loved the way the aerial swing could be used to help support the body through gravity, the yoga basket and handles to discover poses in new ways. Ernesto also is the main trainer for the Hot Body and Aerial Yoga classes.He believes that finding balance in your body and bring balance in your life!
His Pilates, Ball, and Aerial TRX classes are intense and very methodical. Using your own body weight with the bands, balls, or Aerial swing is less impact on joints and help strengthen the body at any age and at 50, Ernesto is still going strong. Be prepared
Massage: Ernesto initial training was at the Phoenix School of Massage with an emphasis on holistic healing.
He has also taken seminars in Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques with Teri Dalton, has completed training in
Thai Massage, Ashiatsu
and is attuned to Reiki I / II. He continues to study
additional techniques and modalities. His massages are intense but he specializes in fixing shoulders, hips, and can open the body. When you leave you will be relaxed and ready
to face the world.
