Angee began her yoga practice here at Your Body Center in 2008. The challenge of a non impact program was what originally drew her to the hot yoga program. Eventually, she became a regular, attending hot yoga classes 5 to 6 days per week over the past several years. Her love for the program, along with her interest in sharing her practice with others, lead her to begin the instructor program earlier this year.
Angee strives to bring acceptance,power and energy to every student who attends her classes. All levels are always welcome, and lots of options are articulated in each class - whether students are just beginning or have been practicing for years.
When she is not practicing or teaching yoga, Angee also enjoys long distance running and Pilates.
